Glecoe Sustainability Task Force Donate & Recycle Drop-Off Event

Join us for the Glencoe Donate & Recycle Drop-Off Event, organized by the Village of Glencoe.

Happening on Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM, this community event makes it easy to declutter responsibly and recycle items that don’t belong in your curbside bin.

Location: Metra Parking Lot at 290 Park Avenue (Southeast Metra Commuter Parking Lot), Glencoe, IL.

Bring your hard-to-recycle items and let Flat Can take care of the rest—we handle the tricky stuff, so you don’t have to.

Here’s what we’ll be recycling, along with their convenience fees:

• Aerosols: $1 each
• Car Seats: $10 each
• Household Batteries: $4/pound
• Propane/MAPP Gas (14 & 16 oz): $4 each
• Latex Paint: $3 per quart, $7 per gallon, $22 per 5-gallon pail
